Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 January 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Beth Newbold in respect of Childcare and Nanny Services (55401), situated at 103-105 Johnsonville Road, Johnsonville, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
