Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health appoints
Peter Ronald Ballantyne
as chairperson of the board of the West Coast District Health Board, for a term of office commencing on 20 June 2014 and ending on 4 December 2016.
