Lynda Smart and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that on 12 September 2014, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of MARK RUTHERFORD CARS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement/debenture dated the 30th day of March 1989, in relation to all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights.
