Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 April 2014, Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 13th day of May 2013 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
