Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2014 at 3.00pm.

We fix 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
