Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Waipuru Investments Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and memorandum of mortgage 6135982.3 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the mortgage"), that on 13 March 2013 it entered into possession of the property located at State Highway 3, RD 3, Marton, being the land contained in certificates of title 248357, 248182, 248183 and WN44D/398.
