Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 27 August 2013,
Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners
of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired personal property of SIMON VIRGO under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 5th day of December 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the grantor including specific collateral property described as:
Porsche 911 Carrera motor vehicle. Year: 2007. Colour: White. Registration: GFP619.
