Notice of Resignation and Replacement of Receiver
and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8(1), (2) and 11(4)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that on 15 May 2013, Jeffrey Robert Hart vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of the above-named company.
Take further notice that Andrew James Bethell was appointed, in addition to (and jointly with) Stephen John Tubbs, as replacement receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of TAX LINK BOP LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (in receivership).
