Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 21 October 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CLEXI NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 21 October 2013 at 10.00am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 December 2013.
