Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STRACON MINING LIMITED and STRACON CIVIL LIMITED by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 October 2013 at 10.00am.
We fix 27 November 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
