Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of A & T TIMBER SOLUTIONS LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act"), on 5 February 2013.
The first meeting of creditors of the company, in terms of section 239AN of the Act, will be held at the business premises of A & T TIMBER SOLUTIONS LIMITED at
53 Geddes Road, Koutu, Rotorua, on 18 February 2013 commencing at 1.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to replace the administrator;
(b) decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
(c) to receive and consider the director’s statement of the company; and
(d) to submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration of the company.
