Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
S. H. Lock (NZ) Limited gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that it is the mortgagee pursuant to mortgage 6874820.5 over the property situated at 300 Rocky Cutting Road, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, being all the land described in Computer Freehold Register SA52C/834 (South Auckland Land Registry), and that the mortgagee entered into possession of the property on or about 27 April 2012.
