Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of SPIRIT PACIFIC LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies
Act 1993, on 9 November 2012 at 10.11am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of SPIRIT PACIFIC LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 21 December 2012 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
