Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 March 2012 at 4.00pm, it was resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that STRATUS FISHING COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Murray Louis Acker, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2012 at 4.00pm.
