Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED on 6 November 2012, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
The first meeting of creditors of the company, in terms of section 239AN of the Act, will be held at the business premises of METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED at 2B Woodson Place, Wairau Valley, Auckland, on 16 November 2012 commencing at 11.00am. Access is off Ellice Road.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to replace the administrator;
(b) decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
(c) to receive and consider the director’s statement of the company; and
(d) to submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration of the company.
