Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 March 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Lynette Ensor in respect of Scenicland Nursery Hokitika (45385), situated at 180 Hampden Street, Hokitika.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
