Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints
Stephen Cottrell
as a member of the Drug Free Sport New Zealand Board
for a term commencing on 1 February 2011 and expiring
on 31 January 2014.
