Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Peter Gerald Butler, terminate the state of local emergency declared at 7.30am on 28 April 2011 for Central Hawke’s Bay District Council owing to severe storm and flooding damage.
The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect from the time and date of this declaration.
