The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a half-share in an estate in fee simple comprised of 890 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 39 DP 18825, and secondly, a leasehold interest created by Lease Instrument D698763.2 and having legal description Flat 1 DP 210585, collectively being the property known as 7A Royton Avenue, Mangere East, Auckland.
