Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6987336.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA76D/49 ("the mortgage"), and in the matter of Eric Henry Matthews and Deborah Jane Matthews:
TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 May 2011.
The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a 1/12 share in an estate in fee simple comprising 4005 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 1 DP 129243, and secondly, a leasehold interest in lease instrument C169262.49, having legal description Flat 12 DP 130984 and Carport 12 DP 130984, collectively being the property comprised and described in Identifier NA76D/49 and the property known as 12/14 Albert Street, Otahuhu, Auckland.
