Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of C & H FISHING & CHARTERS LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 October 2011 at 10.12am.
We fix 27 November 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
