Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 October 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VICKERYS 43 LIMITED be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott, of HSW Limited, Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 October 2011 at 9.30am.
