Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HIGHCLIFF ROAD LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 October 2011 at 10.10am.
We fix 25 November 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
