Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 March 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DIBRO NEW ZEALAND MANUFACTURING LIMITED be liquidated and that Walter Maxwell, business consultant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2011 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that I fix 10 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Claims are to be forwarded and creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries during normal business hours to the liquidator at the contact details below.
