MATAKANA FORESTS LIMITED (in receivership) (434057) - receiver’s appointment date should be 11 October 1990 instead of 23 April 1990 - 1 July 2010 (application by receiver).
MAX INCORPORATED LIMITED (1689539) - liquidators’ final report filed should have been filed against Maxxin Relaxxin Limited (in liquidation) - 28 June 2010.
NEW ZEALAND CAR PARTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) (390601) - the receivers of A. Croad and C. Dunphy notified also as liquidators - 28 June 2010 and 30 June 2010 (application by receivers).
PERPETUAL TRUST LIMITED (142894) - B. Irvine ceased as director on 8 June 2010 not 28 May 2010 - 28 May 2010.
