Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 November 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Tania Miller in respect of Lollipop's Educare Addington 2 (70117), situated at 2 Barry Hogan Place, 55 Princess Street, Middleton, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
