Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 August 2009, which
was granted under those Regulations to Linda Harvey in respect of Easy Mind Ltd Dunedin Network 17 (80079), situated at 646 River Road, Chartwell, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
