Pursuant to sections 20, 21 and 22 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Real Estate Agents Authority (Fees and Levies) Notice 2010.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 January 2011 and applies to fees and levies from 1 January 2011.
2. Fees and levies-The Real Estate Agents Authority sets the following fees and levies, payable to the Registrar or the authority, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. No refund-Fees and levies are non-refundable.
4. Tax-Fees and levies are exclusive of goods and services tax.
5. The purpose-This notice is a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
