Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 27 May 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of June 2003 appointed Richard
Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
