Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 September 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ADCLEAN 2002 LIMITED be liquidated and that Brent Thomas Dickins, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 22 October 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
