Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 26 July 2010 at 10.49am, by order of the High Court pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, STRATEGIC FINANCE LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten of Auckland were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2010.
We hereby fix 3 September 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.

Preferential shareholders are advised that there will be no funds available to them as there will be a shortfall to the secured creditors as advised to the NZX by the receivers.
