Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of SUN RENTALS LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on Tuesday 29 June 2010 at 1.40pm when the shareholder passed a special resolution appointing Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 July 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
