Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 29 June 2010 at 3.32pm, by special resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, STRATEGIC INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2010.
We, Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix 30 July 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
