IKON COMMUNICATIONS (NZ) LIMITED (2134778) - shareholding on incorporation should have been 400,000 rather than 100,000, with Noki Communications Pty Limited at Australia holding 300,000 shares - 2 July 2008.
MONSTAVISION HOLDINGS LIMITED (1847222) - constitution omitted number of shares on issue at time of filing - 26 June 2009.
PHILLIPS REFRIGERATION LIMITED (1893909) - notice of issue of 100 shares filed in error - 14 March 2009.
