Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of MITCHELL BUILDERS TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED
(in liquidation) will be held in Meeting Room 3,
New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday,
27 May 2009, commencing at 10.00am.
Registration will be from 9.45am.
Business
1. Update from the liquidator on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint any other nominee as liquidator of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee, and if so to appoint members of that committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
