Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the portion of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be deemed road and shall be vested in the Waikato District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Interest Register 436915
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
