Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hawera District Court
on 29 September 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1996 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. BHD236.
Against: Geoffrey Frazer McElroy.
1999 Subaru Forrester, Registration No. EZA988.
Against: Dean George Byers.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 278 2080) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
