Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 January 2009, which
was granted under those Regulations to Sarah Latch
in respect of Glenfield Playcentre (22040), situated at
34 Elliot Avenue, Glenfield, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
