Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of mortgage 5997633.2
(North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA65D/874
(“the mortgage”):
TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 4 September 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is 61B Laurence Street, Manly, Whangaparaoa, being an undivided
one-half share in the fee simple estate containing 1180 square metres, being Lot 2 DP 103565, together with the leasehold interest in lease B652404.2 (all contained in Identifier NA65D/874).
