Take notice that:
1. On 25 August 2009, North South Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7029875.2 (Otago Land Registry), the properties situated at "Cumbria", Alma, North Otago, being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title OT241/250, OT143/260, OT170/116, OT64/179 and OT7D/1085, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The registered office of North South Finance Limited is at Suite H, Level 1, 39 Market Place, Auckland Viaduct, Auckland.
3. Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should
