Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

To: Great South Vineyards Limited, c/o Franklin Law,
PO Box 43, Pukekohe 2340.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7651829.1 (Otago Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
On 1 October 2008, Otago Finance Limited was amalgamated with South Canterbury Finance Limited to become South Canterbury Finance Limited and the rights, powers and property covered by the mortgage have become the rights, power and property of South Canterbury Finance Limited (as the amalgamated company) under
Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
South Canterbury Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice as follows:
1. On 21 August 2009, the mortgagee entered into physical possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 DP 378921 (Computer Freehold Registers 319230, 319231, 319232 and 319233) (Otago Land Registry), being the property situated on the Luggate-Cromwell Road, State Highway 6.
3. The address of the mortgagee's registered office is
c/o Hubbard Churcher & Co, 39 George Street, Timaru.
