("the mortgagee" under the mortgage), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6765761.1 ("the mortgage")
over the property located at Unit 20A, Spencer on Byron, Byron Avenue, Takapuna, North Shore City, described in Computer Freehold Register NA136A/631 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the property"), entered into possession of the property on 22 June 2009.
