Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as "mortgagee" under mortgage 7869246.3 over the property located at 117 Centennial Avenue, Alexandra (contained and described in Computer Freehold Registers OT9A/239, OT9A/240 and OT3A/1245) (Otago Land Registry) ("the property"), took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Alex No. 1 Limited ("the mortgagor") on 29 April 2009 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for FM Custodians Limited by Jeremy Wiremu Alexander Johnson, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
