Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is given as follows:
1. On 23 March 2009, Cavell Leitch Pringle & Boyle Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, of Christchurch, as mortgagee under mortgage instrument 7435804.1, became mortgagee in possession of the property owned by Park Terrace Apartments Limited, of Christchurch,
by taking physical possession of the land.
2. The description of the property is Parkbridge 1, Parkbridge Apartments, 138-142 Park Terrace, Christchurch, and more specifically being the land contained in Unit R1 and Accessory Unit R1A, R1B DP 377151 contained in certificate of title 310024 (Canterbury Land Registration District).
3. The address of the mortgagee is care of its registered office at Level 15, Clarendon Tower, corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch.
