FM Custodians Limited, being the mortgagee of the above-mentioned property, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of that land on the grounds that
Mix Concrete Worx Limited (in liquidation) is in default under a mortgage of that land to FM Custodians Limited.
1. The mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property on 5 March 2009.
2. The description of the property and land is vacant section 8A and 8B Norna Crescent, Highbury, Wellington (Computer Freehold Register WN55C/719) (Wellington Land Registration District).
3. The address of the mortgagee is Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
