FM Custodians Limited, being the first mortgagee
(“the mortgagee”) under the mortgage, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the land, which is
the subject of the mortgage as described below, in exercise of its rights, remedies and powers under the mortgage on
9 February 2009.
The land which is the subject of the mortgage is known as 258–260 Forrest Hill Road, Auckland, being all that land which is comprised and described in unique identifiers 2024/97 and 1136/34 (both North Auckland Land Registry).
