Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instruments 7565175.2 and 7565175.3 (Wellington Land Registry) (“the mortgages”):
Re:Properties at Unit 5, 38–50 Bay Street, Petone, described as Unit 5 and Accessory Unit 5A and 1/7 share of Accessory Unit A and 1/5 share of Accessory Unit B DP 378945 comprised in certificate of title 316959 (Wellington Land Registry) and Unit 6, 38–50 Bay Street, Petone, described as Unit 6 and Accessory Unit 6A, AU6B and 1/7 share of Accessory Unit A and 1/5 share of Accessory Unit B DP 378945 comprised in certificate of title 316960 (Wellington Land Registry) (together as “properties”).
Please take notice that the properties are in the possession and control of Glaister Ennor Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, as mortgagee of the properties subject to the mortgages, from 1 August 2008.
Any person entering the properties without the permission
of the Glaister Ennor Solicitors Nominee Company Limited will be considered to be trespassing.
No materials are to be removed from the properties.
