Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 September 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ETHEL INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2009.
