Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Vbase Limited, Vbase No. 2 Limited and Christchurch City Facilities Limited propose to amalgamate on 30 April 2008.
Vbase Limited is to be the continuing amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by shareholders and creditors of Vbase Limited, Vbase No. 2 Limited or Christchurch City Facilities Limited, or any person to whom Vbase Limited, Vbase No. 2 Limited or Christchurch City Facilities Limited
is under an obligation, during usual business hours at the offices of the amalgamating companies at 95 Kilmore Street, Christchurch and at the offices of Lane Neave Lawyers, Level 15, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied free of charge upon request to either Vbase Limited, Vbase No. 2 Limited or Christchurch City Facilities Limited or Lane Neave Lawyers.
