Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA362/28, subject to mortgage 5612447.2.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA653/193.
(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA362/28, subject to mortgage 5612447.2.
(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA653/193.
